CLOVERLEAF CAMP at Burton 4-H Center on Tybee Island

June 26-30, 2023

Camp registration will open in early 2023

For 4-H'ers currently enrolled in 4th-6th Grades

The cost of camp includes lodging, food, transportation, a swim shirt, on-center activities, a dolphin cruise, and a movie at the Tybee theater. 4-H Camp at the Burton 4-H Center on Tybee Island is a week-long experience that includes visits to the beach plus many other exciting activities. Cooperation and character building, along with just having a great time, are all part of the camping adventure. 4-H Camp is a fun and rewarding experience!

*All Cloverleaf Campers must be 9 years old on or before the first day of camp.

JUNIOR CAMP at FORTSON 4-H CENTER

July 10-14, 2023

Camp registration will open in early 2023.

For current 7th and 8th graders, only

Wilderness_Challenge

WILDERNESS CHALLENGE CAMP

at Wahsega 4-H Center

June 19-23, 2023

Camp registration will open in early 2023.

For current *6th-8th Graders

Includes: lodging, meals, transportation, canopy zip-lining, whitewater rafting, hiking, outdoor sports, wall-climbing, and more!

 
*6th graders must be 12 years old by the date of the rafting trip,  June 22, 2023, for the week of Wilderness Challenge Camp.
All participants, adults and campers, must complete the waiver forms from Raft One for rafting and from Unicoi for ziplining. Unicoi requires participants to be at least 50 lbs.

Marine Resource Camp

July 10-14, 2023

Burton 4-H Center at Tybee Island

Camp registration will open in early 2023

6th - 8th graders

Paddle boarding, kayaking, marsh trawl, shark dissection, and other on-and-off-site educational experiences. Camp cost includes lodging, meals, transportation, activities and a souvenir swim shirt.

SENIOR EXTREME CAMP AT ROCK EAGLE 4-H CENTER

June 5-9, 2023 or June 12-16, 2023

Camp registration will open in early 2023.

For current 9th-12th Graders

Includes: lodging, meals, transportation, on-site and various off-site outdoor adventures and tent camping. Senior EXTREME Camp is a more primitive camping experience, providing for tent camping, preparation of campers’ own meals, and a focus on outdoor recreational activities, among its activities.

*An optional whitewater rafting trip will be offered for an additional cost of $125.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 


SENIOR CAMP AT ROCK EAGLE 4-H CENTER

July 3-7, 2023

Camp registration will open in early 2023.

For current 9th-12th Graders

Includes: lodging, meals, transportation, on-site activities and a Fourth of July picnic with FIREWORKS!

Senior Camp activities provide learning experiences in all of Georgia 4-H’s focus areas – Healthy Living, Agriculture and STEM, and Civic Engagement. Senior Camp activities also promote the development of leadership skills and encourage community service, all in a fun and active camping environment.
