Ways to get involved with Richmond County 4-H:
Enroll in Richmond County 4-H by submitting an enrollment form to Richmond County 4-H. Email completed forms to uge3245f@uga.edu or deliver to Richmond County 4-H, 602 Greene Street, Augusta, GA 30901.

Apply now to serve as a 4-H Volunteer with Richmond County 4-H!
Requirements:
Adult volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
Volunteers working with youth must complete a volunteer application online, supply 3 non-related references, pass a background check, complete an Adult Code of Conduct agreement and complete the online training, Georgia 4-H: Working with Youth & Managing Risk.
Volunteer drivers must pass a Motor Vehicle screening (included in volunteer application).

Jul 31 Tie Dye with Richmond County 4-H Richmond County 4-H is happy to offer this free 1-hour tie dye activity at Maxwell Library. Participants must contact 706-793-2020 to register for this event. Bring something white to dye, like a t-shirt, socks, shorts, a pillowcase, etc. Adults must accompany children under 7 years old.

Aug 17 - Aug 18 LifeSmarts Training Camp LifeSmarts provides real-world education for students who learn about core consumer topics and develop critical thinking skills. Participants focus on five key topic areas: consumer rights and responsibilities, the environment, health and safety, personal finance, and technology. The goal of LifeSmarts is to create consumer savvy young people who will be well equipped for adult life in today’s complex, global marketplace.

Sep 14 - Sep 15 Mission Make-It Mission Make-It: The Georgia 4-H Engineering Challenge was created in 2015 to expose middle school students to the engineering design process through non-competitive means. Mission Make-It include 2 hands-on workshops taught by teen leaders, an exhibit opportunity for youth to showcase their prior work in the area of STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), and a guest speaker!

Georgia 4-H participates as one of several host states for SRTLC each year.
