Conference Program

It helps to understand when you need to be where so that you can make the most of your travel arrangements! The schedule is such that you can travel on Monday, catch up with folks you haven’t seen in a while at Monday’s reception, enjoy a great dinner at a location of your choice, and prepare for a terrific conference starting on Tuesday. Plan to come early or stay late to see all that Savannah has to offer!

Transportation

Getting to Savannah

Savannah, Georgia, is easily accessed by interstate (intersection of I-95 and I-16) and air travel. If you are adventurous, you just might arrive by boat! Learn more about the Savannah Airport. Please make arrangements for transportation from the airport to the hotel on your day of arrival and from the Coastal Georgia Botanical Garden to the airport on your day of departure. The hotel does not offer a shuttle. Suggested transportation includes Uber, Lyft, or Above and Beyond.

If you are driving to Savannah and staying at the Andaz, parking is available at the Whitaker Street Garage. Check the hotel page for parking rates.

If you are staying at another hotel, please check the hotel's webpage for parking details.

Conference Days

Trolley transportation between the Ellis Square trolley stop and the conference facility for conference events is included in your conference registration. The Andaz and and Indigo hotels are in close proximity to the trolley stop. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance of these downtown hotels in the historic district.

Conference Location

Our day sessions will be held at the Coastal Georgia Botanical Gardens. We have an assortment of indoor meeting spaces for large and small group work. If you need a break from conference intensity, you can easily take a stroll through the many spaces of the CGBGs.
