Take a moment to complete the 4-H Enrollment Form and Medical Information and Release Form.

Forms should be turned in at your first meeting.

At this time we do not offer online registration for any of our events, clubs, or activities.  If you are interested in signing up for any of these opportunities you will need to visit our office.


Eligibility/Age Divisions

Cloverbud: Youth in K - 3rd grade  

Cloverleaf: Youth in 4th - 6th grade

Junior: Youth in 7th and 8th grade

Senior: Youth in 9th - 12th grade
