4-H Summer Day Camp 2025

• June 2-27 (Monday - Friday)
• 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Location: T-U Civic Center
• Field trips & swimming
• Wide range of activities
 
$210 registration fee includes all activities, meals, 2 field trips, pool days, pizza party with inflatable water slides, camp water bottle, and a camp t-shirt.

These forms must be completed when joining 4-H.

Forms are also availabe at the 4-H Office.


Important Information:

  • Breakfast will not be provided for any summer activity. Make sure your child eats before drop-off. 
  • Lunch is provided. 
  • Children may be dropped off at the 4-H Office up to 30 minutes before start time. 
  • Late pick-ups will result in additional fees: $5 for every 5 minutes past pick-up time.
  • Time adjustments will be made as needed and will be communicated to parents.
  • You must fill out a Code of Conduct & Medical Release before your child can participate in 4-H programs.
  • 4-H is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Leave anything valuable or irreplaceable at home.
  • Label all personal items with child’s name. Unclaimed belongings will be donated or disposed of August 1st.
  • Space is limited. Register NOW! 
  • Registration and payment due no later than 7 days before each activity.
  • Drop off & pick up will be at the 4-H Office, unless stated* otherwise.
