Jan 1 - Apr 29 4-H Stuff the Bus for Summer Camp 4-H Stuff the Bus for Summer Camp Let’s Make Summer Camp a Reality for 50 Students! What is the 4-H Bus Initiative? We’re on a mission to sponsor 20 students for an unforgettable 4-H Summer Camp experience! For just $440 per student, we can provide a week of hands-on learning, leadership development, and lifelong memories. Many students in our community may not afford this opportunity without your support. How You Can Help: - $440: Fully sponsor one student’s camp experience. - $220: Provide half the cost for a student. - $100, $50, or $25: Contribute to the general camp fund.

Apr 30 Want to Become a Master Gardener? Come to the Meet and Greet to learn how you can join. April 30 at 4 PM, at the Extension Office, 1208 Criswell Road, Monroe This informal information session is a great opportunity to: • Learn about the Master Gardener training program • Meet current Master Gardeners • Ask questions about classes, volunteer service, and the application process • Discover how you can share research-based gardening knowledge in our community Classes will be held September through December. Applications will be accepted through June 2026. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just ready to grow your knowledge, we’d love to meet you and help you explore this rewarding volunteer opportunity.
