4-H SUMMER CAMP 2026 DETAILS

  • Priority and Open Registration NOW closed.

REGISTRATION:

  • WAITLIST ONLY - REGISTRATION LINKS:
    • Cloverleaf Camp (4th, 5th and 6th Graders @ Rock Eagle)
      • NOTE:  If you sign up for WAITLIST ONLY - we will reach out to you on a first come, first serve basis if space become available.  Submitting your sign up does not mean you have a spot.  But, it puts you in line.
      • You will be notified by email if and when a space becomes available.

Just in case this is a question:  If you were qualified for priority registration and did not make it in time for the priority link, can you still sign of for camp?

A:  Of course!  If you missed the designated time for priority registration - you can register during Open Registration.

Important:  If you 'accidentally' register as a priority registration link and do not qualify,
that will not count.  You MUST sign up with the correct link.

Don't know if your child is on the priority list?  See below for more details.

What is PRIORITY REGISTRATION?

  • Priority Registration will be live and open on Friday, Feb 20 5p - 7p.
  • Priority Registration is available to you, if you complete at least one of the following:
    • Attend DPA
(District Project Achievement) Feb 21 (Cloverleaf) or attended last year DPA (for JR or SRs).
    • Participated in an afterschool program or event (i.e. judging team).
    • Participated in Fall Festival, October 2025.
    • Serve as a class officer or county council officer.
    • Be considered an active Cloverbuds member and attend at least 3 programs in the current 4-H program year (4th graders).

Anticipated Questions:

  • Q:  What if you register on Friday and decide to not go to DPA at the last minute on Saturday?
  • A:  if applicable (5th grader) and you qualify, you MUST attend the Feb 21 DPA to be considered priority registration.

If you register on Friday evening Feb 20 and then do not attend DPA on the following day, Saturday, Feb 21, you will be required to complete a second entry and register through the open registration link.

Any medical emergencies and/or death in your immediate family will be an excused absence from DPA, but you would still have to register in the Priority Registration time period on Feb 20 from 5p - 7p and your excuse must be communicated to our office email at uge1209@uga.edu and/or information be communicated to lisa.gipson@uga.edu prior to our departure for DPA on Sat, Feb 21.

What is OPEN REGISTRATION?

  • Open Registration Link will be live and open:  Friday, Feb 20 7:15p - Feb 22 at 2p.
  • If you did not participate in any of the above, you can register using the Open Registration Link.
    • To clarify:  if you only participate in SPA (School Project Achievement), that is not considered priority - as every 5th grader is involved in SPA.
  • If you are registering in Open Registration, DO NOT complete the Priority Registration, as you will not be registered.
