Cloverleaf Camp at Rock Eagle

June 15-19, 2026

Registration opens Friday, February 13th at 8am.  Spots are limited.

Cost is $455, covers lodging, meals, transportation, insurance, all camping activities, and a camp shirt.

Registration can be done online or at the Monroe County Extension 4-H Office, 484 Hwy 83 S., next to Hubbard Elementary.

$75 non-refundable deposit due at registration.  The remaining balance can be paid in the following way:

$126 by March 13, 2026

$127 by April 17, 2026

$127 by May 18, 2026

Balance must be paid in full by May 19th.

 

HOW TO PAY ONLINE:


Online Camp Registration
(Follow these steps if registering online rather than in the office)
1. Create Your Account
Before registering, you must create a Family/Group account in the UGA Extension Registration Portal.
How to Create an Account:
1. Visit register.extension.uga.edu
2. Click “Login or Create an Account” (top right)
3. Select “Family/Group”
4. Enter your information → Continue
5. Enter family information → Continue
6. Click “Add a Member” and enter your child’s information
2. Register & Pay
Once your account is created, log in and register your child for camp.
How to Register:
1. Log in at register.extension.uga.edu
2. • On a phone: tap the 3 lines → “Family/Group Login”
3. Click “Search by Office”
4. Scroll → select Monroe County
5. Choose “Monroe County: 4-H Youth Development”
6. Under Upcoming Events, select
a. “0068 – Monroe County Cloverleaf Camp (4th–6th)”
7. Scroll → click the + next to “0068 – Registration”
8. Click Add to Cart
9. Click Checkout
10. Under Update Members, select your child
11. Click Enroll Members
12. Choose Full Payment or Deposit Only
13. Click Checkout
14. Click Continue Checkout
15. Enter card information
16. Click Process Payment
Final Step (Required)
If you register online, you must come by the Monroe County 4-H Office within 2 weeks to complete your camp registration paperwork.
If paperwork is not completed within 2 weeks, your child will be moved to the waiting list.

Georgia 4-H offers five-day, four-night summer camps for 4-H'ers of all ages. These camps are held at one of the 4-H Centers in Georgia, Burton 4-H Center on Tybee Island, Fortson 4-H Center (Hampton, GA), Rock Eagle 4-H Center (Eatonton, GA) and Wahsega 4-H Center (Dahlonega, GA) — and Georgia 4-H at Camp Jekyll. Each camp provides fun, friendship, and exciting activities for everyone.


Adult volunteers needed for Cloverleaf Camp! If you are interested in becoming a certified volunteer and helping with Cloverleaf Camp please contact Mrs. Rachel for more information, 478-994-7014.


For camp, we now have the option to pay with Credit Card!
If you plan to pay with credit card on camp sign-up day, please go ahead and create an account here: https://register.extension.uga.edu/ Please see attached for directions of setting up an account.
This will not guarantee your child a spot but it will help with quicker registration day of.
You must have your phone on registration day to pay with credit card.
This is a new process so please extend patience as we are learning this new system.
