ServSafe® Food Handler Certification Training
ServSafe® is a nationally recognized program developed by the Educational Foundation of The National Restaurant Association for food service workers in restaurant, school, hospital and other food service settings. Upon completion of this course, participants will received a certificate that is widely recognized and accepted by the majority of local and state jurisdictions that require food service safety training.
The fee for this ServSafe® course is $150 which includes instruction, the course book, exam booklet, and administration of the test. Upon request the text book is available in select languages other than English. We provide Georgia's food service industry with food safety training using the National and Georgia Restaurant Associations ServSafe® Manager program. We hold the ServSafe® Manager course and test quarterly and proctor additional exams by request. We can also provide ServSafe® Food Handler training.
The ServSafe® Manager workshops include the latest textbook, exam session, light refreshments, and 1 day of instruction. We will break for lunch around noon.

May 5 ServSafe Manager Level Instruction and Exam (May 5th and May 12th) Two-Day Instruction This ServSafe Manager Level training will be split into two separate days, each day having a class time from 9:00am-5:00pm window in consideration of the recent update in ServSafe Manager curriculum with the new 9th edition. ServSafe is a training designed and offered by the National Restaurant Association to enhance the quality of service and safety within restaurant establishments.
