4-H and Youth Development
Monroe County 4-H provides programs for students grades 5-12 including:

Summer Camp
We have had a good bit of interest in an archery club we just need the help getting it started. We are looking for volunteers to help coach and lead a 4-H archery club. If you or someone you know would be interested, please contact the Extension/4-H Office. Jan 13 Lunch and Learn: The Basics of Pruning Pruning is the practice of cutting away certain parts of a plant - usually branches, stems, or buds - to help it grow better. The main idea is to remove what the plant doesn't need so it can focus its energy on healthy growth. Timothy Daly the Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent for the Henry County Extension Office will discuss the basics of pruning and answer any questions that may arise.
