Camps & Summer Activities

COVID-19 Updates

Statement from Arch Smith, State 4-H Leader:  "After much thought and concern for the health and safety of 4-H staff, volunteers, and our 4-H participants, Georgia 4-H is cancelling all face to face programs, including summer camp, that remain on the June and July 4-H calendar. Additional information will be forthcoming regarding some events that will be moved to a virtual format and others that will be cancelled and not rescheduled."

All families who are currently registered for overnight summer camps will receive a full refund.  Our offices are currently closed so the refund process will take longer than normal.

We are hoping to be able to offer in-person day camps this summer and are currently awaiting decisions on re-opening dates from Douglas County Government.
