The ServSafe Food Safety Training program leads the way in providing current and comprehensive educational materials to the restaurant industry. More than 4 million foodservice professionals have been certified through the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Conference for Food Protection (CFP). ServSafe training and certification is recognized by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification.

ServSafe® Managers Training is for: Food Service Professionals, Managers in Training or Anyone who needs Advanced Food Safety Training

Successful completion of this two-day ServSafe® course and exam provides certification in food safety and sanitation which most state and local health jurisdictions recognize. The certification is current for five years.

This ServSafe course is coordinated, instructed and proctored by UGA Cobb County Extension and the Cobb and Douglas Public Health Center for Environmental Health.

Our next ServSafe course takes place on July 13-14th, 2022. Pre-registration is required. Visit to register. Deadline is July 2nd, 2022.  Download from here .
