PREVENT T2 LIFESTYLE CHANGE PROGRAM!

KIDS IN THE KITCHEN!

 

Sign up now for our FREE Virtual Cooking Club for kids!

Cobb County 4-H along with Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) will be hosting Kids in the Kitchen, a virtual cooking club free for kids of all ages! 

Kids in the Kitchen Virtual Cooking Club is a free club for kids to have fun as they learn more about food safety, cooking and nutrition.

Classes will be held on Zoom once a month on Tuesday evenings 5:30pm – 7:30pm.  Adult supervision Required.

Please mark your calendars for FALL 2024 class dates : 

September 24, October 29, and December 3. 

In this class, kids will learn Master food safety, cooking and nutrition.  Participants will receive two tasty recipes each month!  Recipes and Zoom link are sent the week prior to class.  So come join in on the fun and learn together as a family!

Programs and classes cover a wide range of areas topics, such as large group, art, music, math, outdoor play, dramatic play,  youth literature, and more.

SERVSAFE CERTIFICATON TRAINING

Anyone in need of Food Safety Training? 

Session Dates:  APRIL 2 - 3, 2025   &   SEPTEMBER 16-17, 2025

This class is a two-day training course in food safety and sanitation for any Food Service Professionals or Managers in Training.  Upon successful completion of SERVSAFE© course and exam, participants will receive their certification, current for five years.

Course cost is $150.00 (includes book & test).

 Pre-paid registration is required.  Please call 770-528-4070 to register or vist the office at 678 South Cobb Drive, Marietta, GA 30060.
