Egg Candling Class

Description

Do you have a backyard flock and want to learn how to candle eggs? Egg candling is an important part of selling or consuming your own eggs. It is a skill that allows you to determine the quality of the egg without having to break into it. This class provides both a how-to on egg candling as well as a hands-on portion with a variety of eggs to practice. Eggs will be provided, but if you want to bring in your own eggs for practice, you are more than welcome to do so.
