Description

Food safety across all foodservice establishments is mandatory. Foundations in safe food handling are certainly useful. If you work in any foodservice establishment and have yet to obtain food safety credentials, this is a great place to start.

Registration is free! Please kindly register with Dr. Okpala (charles.okpala@uga.edu) by September 09, 2026. The maximum number for the group session is 10. To earn a certificate, all classes on days 1 and 2, as well as the tests, are mandatory.
