Food Preservation Workshop: Potatoes

Description

Join the Thomas County Family & Consumer Sciences Agent, Olivia Tumlin, on Saturday, October 10th for information about how to preserve potatoes in a Pressure Canner. We will also be discussing safely canning soups and other mixtures! The class will begin at 10AM and finish around 2pm (we will have snacks available, but please pack a lunch if desired).
