Description

Make Kimchi Safely at Home Workshop - this will be a 3-hour hands-on class and presentation covering the National Center for Home Food Preservation's tested recipe for kimchi. Participants will make a batch of kimchi to divide and take home and also receive a bag of the dry ingredients and a food scale to set them up to make their own kimchi at home!
