Description

This is a hands-on workshop. Participants will explore unique, traditional, and innovative wasys to preserve the staple. We will discuss cultural roots, sustainable practices, and creative methods that keep it relevant for years to come. This food preservation workshop will explore various preservation methods, tools, and safe practice demonstration. Participants will leave with a product from the workshop.
