Description
Do you love kids and want to learn skills to set you apart as an informed, part-time caregiver?
In this hands-on workshop, attendees will learn skills to aid or improve childcare skills (feeding, diapering, and supervisory), participate in a child development stages review, learn more about the importance of PLAY and how to facilitate, basic first aid, ideas for helping to ensure safe snacks and meals while in your care and finally, discussion and practice of communication skills with parents, time management best practices and how to market your services and skills!

Class is ideal for mature youth or young adults that are beginning to be available and have interest in providing babysitter care for family and friends.
Workshop is FREE to attend.
