Description

Invasive plants and insects are becoming an increasing challenge for Georgia gardeners and homeowners. Many plants, bushes, and trees that were popular to buy 10 years ago are now considered invasive. Join the UGA Rockdale County Master Gardeners to learn about common invasive species and, more importantly, explore practical, research-based strategies for managing and controlling them. Bring your questions, whether it’s about a troublesome plant you planted years ago or a pest you’re seeing now, and get reliable answers to help protect your landscape and local ecosystems.
