Description

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is a practical approach to understanding pest problems and making informed decisions on the farm. In this webinar, Fulton County Extension ANR agent, Gabrielle LaTora, introduces the core principles of IPM and a simple framework growers can use to evaluate pest issues and select appropriate management strategies.

Participants will learn the process of insect identification, monitoring, and thresholds, and how different control options fit together within an IPM approach. Designed for growers new to IPM or who just need a refresher, this session gives participants a deeper understanding of IPM that they can use to make smart and sustainable pest management decisions on their farms.
