UGA Morgan County Extension is offering a one-day ServSafe® Manager Certification Course on January 30, 2026.

Course details:

• Registration deadline: January 15, 2026

• Time: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (lunch on your own)

• Fee: $150 (all-inclusive)

Registration includes:

• Full day of instruction and exam review

• ServSafe® Manager course book and study materials

• Certification exam

• Light snacks

Topics include:

• Food safety at all stages of operation

• Facilities and pest management

• Cleaning and sanitizing

• Additional essential food safety practices
