Description

Register for Adventure Quest Camp at Fortson 4-H Center. Join us June 29th- July 3rd for an adventure open to 6th-8th grade. Cost is $435 with a non-refundable deposit of $75 due at registration. Payments are accepted with final payment due May 20th at parent/camper meeting. All required forms is due February 27th. Any camper with missing forms will be moved to waiting list. All required forms must be completed and returned by February 27th. Camper with missing forms will be moved to waiting list. Please call or visit the Monroe County Extension/4-H for forms, 478-994-7014, 484 Highway 83 S. (beside Hubbard Elementary).
