Food safety is required across all food service establishments. Foundations in safe food handling will cover topics such as foodborne illness, good personal hygiene, time and temperature, including food control/storage.
Registration is free (deadline 31 March 2025). To participate, kindly contact Dr. Okpala (charles.okpala@uga.edu). The maximum number of participants is 15. To earn a certificate, all classes and tests are mandatory.
