Description

A Georgia native plant is a plant that has evolved and occurs naturally in the state of Georgia. Join us as we learn about Georgia native plants, what they are, why we need them, and growing Georgia natives in your own yard.

The educators for this program will be Fayette County Master Gardener Extension Volunteers Charlane Hemphill and Russell Guillory.

Weather permitting, a portion of this class will take place outside in the Education Garden. Dress accordingly.
