Description

Thank you for your interest in joining our Cooking Club. This club is open to 5th graders only. My name is Kathie Gilroy I’ve been a 4-H Program Assistant now for 13 years. I have been the Food Challenge coach for 3 years now. Dakota Crider has been with Paulding 4-H since 2007 as a 4-H’er and then an Adult Volunteer with us. We want the students to have FUN while learning and hope they will make some recipes for you at home.

Our objective to teach the 4-H’ers;

• Kitchen Safety

• Food Safety

• Knife Skills

• Place Setting

• Nutrition

• Food Groups

• Healthy Eating

• Challenge Teams

We will have an interest meeting on Thursday, December 12th at the Paulding Meadows indoor pavilion at 6:30pm. This is not a drop off event. Please RSVP to kgilroy6@uga.edu. I want to make sure we have enough information to hand out.
