  • Apr 7 ServSafe ® Employee Food Handler Training ServSafe® Food Handler training is designed for individuals in food handler employee-level positions and verifies basic food safety knowledge. The training includes a participant workbook and covers content such as personal hygiene, preventing cross-contamination, food allergies, proper cleaning and sanitizing, and time and temperature control for safety. Certification is valid for three years following the successful completion of the training and exam. Registration is $35 per participant.
