Jun 10 Homesteading Skills: Irrigation Join Pike County Extension in 2026 for the Lunch and Learn series that will dive into homesteading skills. These monthly sessions are covered by experts and hosted on the first Wednesday of each month at 12pm (with the exception of holidays). Jul 2 Farm Passport Tour This Multi-Day tour follows Georgia Farm Bureau's Farm Passport stops and is perfect for all ages. Collect passport stamps to gain prizes! To join in the tour, you must be pre-registered with a $5 per person per day fee. Activities included in registration vary by day. To register, contact the Extension Office: 770-567-2010 or pike.extension@uga.edu The July 2nd tour will focus on berries and peach farms!
