4-H Youth Development

Welcome to Long County 4-H! The 4-H Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am -12pm and 1pm - 5pm. Call (912) 545-9549 or stop by for information about our program and related activities. You can also scroll through our page to view our upcoming events, meetings, contests, resources and educational experiences Long County 4-H'ers can be a part of! However, the best way to stay up to date on everything going on is liking our Facebook page or following us on Instagram.

Required 4-H Forms

Both forms are to be filled out for any event that your 4-H'er participates in. Check your email (& spam/junk) for the electronic COC which is good for a whole school year. Medical Forms are also good for 1 year unless changes need to be made.
