Fundraisers

The Lamar County 4-H Program offers a variety of fundraisers throughout the year to support its mission to assist youth in acquiring knowledge, developing life skills and forming attitudes that will enable them to become self-directing, productive and contributing members of society.  The fundraisers fully fund or offset the costs of several 4-H activities including Project Achievement, in-school educational sessions, afterschool special interest clubs, field trips and recreational activities.

Please help fulfill or mission by supporting our seasonal fundraisers. 


Sweet Vidalia Onion Fundraiser

These Sweet Vidalia Onions are Georgia grown and delicious! We begin taking orders for this fundraiser in late February or early March.  We stop taking orders in April with onions to be delivered in early May.  Click on the graphic for the link to place an order.


Buggy Days

This is our largest fundraiser of the year!  Please come by and visit Lamar County 4-H and show your support!  Our 4-H'ers and adult volunteers would love the opportunity to serve you!  Proceeds from this fundraiser help to offset the cost of educational and recreational programming.


Pecan Fundraiser

These Georgia grown pecans are shelled and halved!  These pecans are a healthy snack that can be enjoyed in their natural state.  We begin taking orders for this fundraiser in late September.  We stop taking orders in October with the pecans available for pick up in November.  Click on the graphic above to place your order.
