**What is it?**
Cotton Boll & Consumer Judging is a fun 4-H competition where you learn how to make smart shopping choices and discover why cotton is an important crop in Georgia!

**Who can participate?**

* **Junior Division:** 4th–8th grade
* **Senior Division:** 9th–12th grade

**What will you do?**
You'll compete in two exciting events:

* **Consumer Judging:** Compare different products or services and decide which is the best choice based on a real-life shopping situation.
* **Cotton Promotion:** Create a fun commercial or advertisement to teach others about cotton and why it's important.

**How does the judging work?**
Participants judge **four different classes** of products or services. Each class includes **four similar items** and a short shopping scenario. You'll use the information in the scenario to choose the item that best fits the shopper's needs and budget.

It's a great way to build decision-making skills, learn about agriculture, and have fun competing with other 4-H members!
