4-H Day at the Capital
4-H Day at the Capitol teaches civic engagement and these young men were able to represent Harris County 4-H well. Great tour given by Rep Vance Smith. Always a wonderful host and shares lots of information about legislation. These students are seniors and are off to the next phase soon.
