Bibb County Master Naturalist Program

file

The Georgia Master Naturalist program was developed by the UGA Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources and UGA Cooperative Extension for people who wished to be informed about habitats, natural resources, and the natural environments of our state. In Bibb County, the program is typically offered in the fall, each Thursday in September and October. FIeld trips offer overviews of topics, such as: water quality, wildlife, waste management, agriculture & forestry.  The course content will be taught by speakers who are subject experts in their fields, including university professors and natural resources professionals.

Regstration generally begins in August. If you are interested in receiving information on the upcoming program, please contact Bibb Extension via phone or email bibb.extension@uga.edu.
