fileHydration is crucial for feeling like your best self, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you have to go around with an entire gallon of water at your side. There are more effective ways to reach your hydration goals/ needs: Eat your water instead! Certain fruits and veggies have not only a high water content, but they also come with electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, and fiber: all of which help you to remain hydrated.
