Community Service

Greene County 4-H members are involved in their community in many ways. They believe in giving back to their community and participate in many community service projects each year.

Livestock Shows

From first through twelfth grade, 4-H members learn to raise, care, and exhibit their animals. Georgia 4-H offers a variety of livestock opportunities. Email Monte Stephens, Greene County Extension ANR agent for more information: cmonte@uga.edu.

Project Achievement

Project Achievement is one of the most prominent 4-H competitions. It helps 4-H'ers develop both oral and written communication skills while giving them the opportunity to investigate or research a topic of their interest. 5th and 6th grade students will sign up through their club meeting teachers. Read more about Project Achievement.
