SNAP Education

The goal of SNAP-Ed is to improve the likelihood that persons on SNAP (or that are SNAP-eligible) will make healthy food and lifestyle choices that prevent obesity.  SNAP-Ed fulfills this goal by working through UGA Extension to combine federal, state, and local resources to effect positive social change.

Programming now offered virtually.

Housing and Consumer Economics Programs

Along the path through life, there may be many twists and turns, but the rewards can numerous. Before you rent or buy a home, take time to learn more about the process. If you have never rented or owned a home, then it is a good idea to take an education class. We also offer classes, trainings, and workshops for Financial Literacy, and Budgeting.
