4-H camp is the highlight of the summer for Toombs 4-H members.  Over 9,000 children ages 9-19 annually attend Georgia 4-H Camp for a week each summer.

Georgia 4-H has 5 separate 4-H Centers each with its own camping program. Every camp is a world unto its own, with a theme full of high adventure, friendship and fun.

The 5 Georgia 4-H Centers are:

 Open registration begins the first Monday in February.  A $100-$105 deposit is required for all camps to reserve secured spots. Cloverleaf Camp(4-6th Grades) usually has up to approximately 100 slots available each year, but Junior(7-8th Grades) and Senior Camps(9-12th Grades) are far more limited with usually only 10 spots or less for each one. The best way to ensure your child gets a guaranteed spot, is to sign up early as possible and pay full deposit amount.   Contact the 4-H Office at 912-526-3101 for this year's availability. 

2026 4-H Summer Camp  Sign up will kick off Monday ,February 2, 2026.

For 2026 Camps Available Are As Follows:

Cloverleaf Camp at Rock Eagle-Open to 4-6th Grades- June 1-5, 2026- 90 Spots Available- $405.00 Total- $105.00 Deposit Required at Sign Up

Junior Camp at Camp Fortson- Open to 7-8th Grades- June 22-26, 2026- 8 Spots Available- $430.00 Total- $100.00 Deposit Required at Sign Up

Senior Camp at Camp Jekyll- Open to 9-12th Grades- June 29-July 3, 2026- 10 Spots Available- $430.00 Total- $100.00 Deposit Required at Sign Up

 We include a payment schedule to break total amount into 3 equal installments after deposit is paid ($100 per month for Cloverleaf; $100 for two months with final payment of $130 for Junior and Senior Camps)to assist with financing as well. 

Total camp fees and all fundraising monies earned must be turned in by no later than Monday May 11, 2026.

Deposit must be paid at time of sign up to ensure spots are reserved. Spots are first come, first serve.We do not hold spots.

We offer fundraising options to help earn the fees to attend attend. Candy bar sales and Pick a Day Fundraiser options are available. Please call office for more on these offers.
