  • Nov 19 ServSafe Manager Level Instruction and Exam ServSafe is a training designed and offered by the National Restaurant Association to enhance the quality of service and safety within restaurant establishments. Through the use of educational resources, materials, and programs led by trained and certified instructors and proctors, ServSafe helps to cultivate and reinforce effective and safe service within those who work within and manage the food operation. The Manager's Level course will give participants instruction on food safety at all stages, facilities and pest management, along with cleaning, sanitizing, and other topics. This event will be a one day course including both instruction and exam.
