4-H Tree and Plant Sale

ORDER & PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
To order, please complete the form and deliver to Tattnall County Extension Office (Reidsville) or mail to Tattnall County Extension\4-H, Attn: Plant Sale, PO Box 580, Reidsville, GA 30453. Payment by cash or check MUST accompany all orders. Payment accepted by cash or check (Made payable to Tattnall County Ext.\4-H). Unfortunately, we cannot accept online payments or credit\debit card payments for the plant sale this year. Tattnall County 4-H also cannot accept payment through CashApp, Venmo, PayPal or other online services.

 

PLANT PICK-UP DETAILS
Plants will be available for pick-up on March 15th from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Tattnall County High School Livestock Barn. Some plants are over 3’ high, so we recommend pick-up in a truck if you have trees in your order. If driving a smaller vehicle, you may wish to bring some plastic bags to cover pots so dirt doesn’t spill in floor boards. If special arrangements are needed for pick-up, they must be pre-scheduled with the Extension staff. No refunds willbegiven forplantsthatare notpicked upontheassignedpick-update. 4-H Fundraiser Credit & Referring 4-H'ers
4-H’ers who are attending 4-H Camp, State Council, or a 4-H Summer Program can earn 20% of proceeds for sales. To earn profits from the sale, 4-H’ers name must be listed in the space provided on the form. The 4-H’er is not responsible for turning in your order form OR picking up any plants ordered unless they have specifically agreed with you that they will do this. In most cases, you will need to submit your own order and payment by the deadline. You will also be responsible for picking up your own plants on pick-up day. (If purchasing from 2 or more students, the proceeds will be divided equally between all students listed). 4-H Credit can be applied to any event or activity hosted by 4-H between March 1st and August 1, 2024. 4-H Credit from fundraisers has ZERO cash value (i.e. we cannot give you any cash or write a check to you based on money raised).

 

USE OF PROCEEDS

Tattnall County 4-H Appreciates Your Support! Profits from this sale will be used by Tattnall County Extension\ 4-H for operation of the 4-H program, for 4-H educational programs, for equipment purchases, for professional improvement of the 4-H staff and/or for 4-H scholarships. Your generous support helps make it possible for us to continue offering quality programs to Tattnall County youth.
