Each 4-H'er must complete the following registration to show in any events as a 4-H'er.

                Code of Ethics (Parent & Exhibitor Signatures Required)

                Code of Conduct (Parent & Exhibitor Signatures Required)

                Medical Release (Parent Signature Required)
