How do I get to Camp?

Transportation is provided on Effingham County School buses. 

How long does it take to get to camp?

Rock Eagle 4-H Center is located in Eatonton, GA and takes about 3 hours to get there.  

Will I be with my friends? 

While at camp we want you to have a great experience, so we start by putting you in a cabin with friends from your school or specific friends you request to be in the same cabin with. During the day you will opportunities to hang with your friends and make news ones! 

Do I get free time at camp?

Yes!  You get free time and there is a lot to do. You can go swimming, putt-putt, visit the canteen or participate in camper's choice workshops. 

Will I need money? 

Only if you want to purchase extra snacks or souvenirs from the canteen.   

Can I get a refund? 

Camp deposits are non-refundable and refunds for remaining balances are only given in case of illness/injury with a doctor's note or in the case of death of an immediate family member. Refunds will also not be issued due to discipline issues or illness while at camp.
