With Cordele being the watermelon capital of the world, we take serious pride in making sure our assistance keeps our watermelon, and other fruit and vegetable growers on the top stage. Crisp County is 1st in the state for watermelon production, and ranked 12th for total vegetable production with a production value of over $27.5 million dollars.
