Adopt-A-Stream

Certification and Data Collection

Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent Jessica Warren serves as a local trainer and coordinator for the Georgia Adopt-A-Stream program.  She offers training and volunteer support in bacterial and chemical monitoring techniques.  In addition the Agriculture and Natural Resources program monitors once a month at the dock at Crooked River State Park.  For more information on the Adopt-A-Stream program please see the Georgia Adopt-A-Stream Website or  for more information on local initiatives or becoming a local volunteer, please contact Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent Jessica Warren jkwarren@uga.edu.
