Radon for Real Estate Agents

While there are no requirements by law for radon testing or mitigation during most real estate transactions in Georgia, we recommend using radon testers and mitigators certified by the National Radon Proficiency Program or the National Radon Safety Board. Below are links you can use to find individuals with the above training. You can easily search by zip code to find professionals near you.
