Welcome to the Worth County 4-H web page! 4-H is the world's largest organization for young people. 4-H teaches service, leadership, citizenship, and character education as well as providing students with a variety of in-school and out-of-school educational opportunities involving head, heart, hands, and health.

4-H is the Youth Education Program of the University of Georgia (UGA). It is administered by UGA Extension which is part of the UGA College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences (CAES). Worth County is a cooperating partner.

4-H is open to all youth ages 9 to 19 regardless of race, color, sex, handicap, or national origin.

There are no dues to participate in 4-H. However, special project clubs (livestock show club, shotgun teams, etc.) and activities may have a small charge. There are no uniforms for 4-H'ers. 4-H'ers may pick and choose what activities they participate in.
