Liberty County Extension Special COVID-19 Update

Due to health concerns and the safety of our office staff, the Liberty County Office is currently closed to the public until further notice. We are still here for your UGA Extension needs. We are accepting soil and water samples. There is a drop box with instructions located outside the office door. For more information, please call the office.

Welcoming our new 4-H Youth Development Agent

 Erin Hendricks
Prior to joining 4-H, Erin taught and coached for three years at Jasper County High School in Monticello, GA. While there he pioneered the school's first Leadership Development course for young men. Before teaching, Erin interened with the East Knoxville Freedom School, a summer enrichment program designed to promote literacy for children ages 5-18. Erin enjoys pouring into young people and has mentored student-athletes during his time working in both the UGA and University of Tennessee Athletic programs. Erin is from Statham, GA. He began in his new role on July 1, 2021.

If you or anyone you know would like to be apart of making the best better by pouring into the youth of Liberty County, please contact the Liberty County Extension Office. Anyone wanting to participate must be at least 18 years or older.
