4-H Summer Camps
2023 Summer Camp Information
Registration will begin February 1, 2023.
$75 deposit is required to register your child for any 4-H Summer Camp. Camp deposits are NON-refundable.

Cloverleaf Camp: 4th-6th Grade
Rock Eagle 4-H Center – July 10-14, 2023
Cost: $375
- Activities include:
- hiking
- canoeing
- arts & crafts
- sports & recreation
- environmental classes
- water games
- slip-n-slide
- swimming in the 2 pools
- wet games
- variety show
- campfires
- dances and more!
Wilderness Challenge Camp: 6th-8th Grade
Wahsega 4-H Center – June 19-23, 2023 (must be 12 years old to attend)
Cost: $400
- Activities include:
- Canopy zip lining
- Ocoee River swimming
- Whitewater rafting
- Challenge classes such as survival, food and fire, knots, and more!
- High Ropes Elements at Wahsega: Zip Line, Flying Squirrel and Climbing Wall
- Night time recreation and campfires
Marine Resources Camp: 6th-8th Grade
Burton 4-H Center
Cost: $400
Junior Camp: 7th-8th Grade
Fortson – June 26-30, 2023
Cost: $400
- Activities include:
- traditional camp activities like archery and canoeing
- World of Coke
- Georgia Aquarium
- Stone Mountain
- Atlanta Motor Speedway
Senior Camp: 9th-12th Grade
Rock Eagle 4-H Center – July 3-7, 2023
Cost: $400
- Activities include:
- Special 4th of July picnic and party
- Tuesday night Street Dance and Pool Party
- Trip to UGA campus for classes/workshops
- exciting leadership and team-building classes
- PLENTY of "chill time" with your friends from across the state
Senior Extreme Camp: 9th-12th Grade
Rock Eagle 4-H Center – June 5-9, 2023
Cost: $400
If you are an outdoors person who likes shooting, fishing, climbing, camping, and roughing it, then Senior Extreme Camp is for you! It’s an exciting camp just for Senior 4-H’ers! It’s your chance to enjoy a week in the great outdoors!
- Activities will include:
- tree climbing, shooting shotguns, and fishing at Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center
- zipping SIX zip lines, canoes, archery, low ropes, herpetology, astronomy/star gazing, and the annual Gilligan’s Island competition!
- night hike the trails at Rock Eagle visiting the Scott Place and Cemetery
- watch a movie outdoors
- attend the Counselor Variety Show
We’ll also cook meals on the grill and spend the night outdoors in tents or Enos at Pioneer Camp at Rock Eagle.
