Summer Camp

Georgia 4-H Camps 

Come back in January 2027 for  2027 summer camp dates  and information!

Each summer thousand of school aged children attend summer camp. Georgia  4-H has 5 separate 4-H Centers, each with its own summer program. Every camp is full of adventure, friendship and fun.

The 5 Georgia 4-H Centers are:

  • Wahsega 4-H Center, located in Dahlonega, Georgia
  • Burton 4-H Center, located on Tybee Island
  • Jekyll Island 4-H Center, located on Jekyll Island
  • Fortson 4-H Center, located in Hampton, Georgia
  • Rock Eagle 4-H Center, located in Eatonton, Georgia

Campers in grades 4-12 have several different camping opportunities for summer 2027. Cost and registration information will be available in January 2027.

  • Cloverleaf Camp Jekyll (grades 4-6): June 21-25, 2027
  • Marine Exploration Camp (grades 6-8): June 14-18, 2027
  • Wilderness Challenge Camp (grades 6-8): July 5-9, 2027
  • Senior Extreme Camp (grades 9-12): June 7-11 or June 14-18, 2027
  • Senior Camp Fortson (grades 9-12): July 5-9, 2027
  • Senior Natural Resources Exploration Camp (grades 9-12): July 12-16, 2027
