Community Clubs


Cloverbuds 

 Cloverbuds is open to our youngest 4-H’ers in grades K-4.  Youth will explore STEAM lessons and participate in fun activities throughout the year.  This club meets one Thursday each month at the Evans Library from 6 - 7 pm.  Prior registration is required.  Cost is $40 for the year.

5th Grade (Cloverleaf) Club

4-H is part of the 5th grade curriculum in Columbia County, and 4-H leaders visit six times a year during the school day to share exciting lessons.  5th grade 4-H’ers also have the opportunity to participate in other activities and competitions to earn classroom points throughout the year.  There is no cost to be a member of the club, but other outside activities may have a cost.

Middle & High School Club

Don’t let 4-H stop at the 5th grade- create lifelong friendships and participate in leadership and citizenship activities.  This group may split into separate middle and high school meetings if participation is large enough.  There is no cost to be a member of the club, but other outside activities may have a cost.  First meeting is Thursday September 14, 2023 from 6:00pm-7:15pm at the Extension Office. 

MS/HS Registration

 

Homeschool Club

Designed for homeschool students in the 4th and 5th grade, this club follows the in-school 4-H lessons- plus additional hands-on activities.  This club will meet on the 4th Thursday of the month from 10:00am-11:30am.  First meeting is September 28, 2023.  There is no cost to be a member of the club, but other outside activities may have a cost.
