2019 Summer Camps

4-H Camp is AMAZING!!

Morgan County 4-H Cloverleaf Summer Camp,  Burton 4-H Center, Tybee Island - June 10-14, 2019

Morgan County 4th - 6th grade students.....
We are going to Burton 4-H Center on Tybee Island June 10th-14th. We have 40 camp spots available this year. The cost is $425 for the week and sign up will begin at 7 am the morning of Tuesday, February 26th, 2019.  These slots are on a first-come first-served bases.

(4th-6th grades) All Cloverleaf campers must be 9-years-old on or before their first day of camp

Cost: $425.00

This cost includes all transportation, meals, lodging, activities and some of the best counselors and fun you can imagine.

Non refundable deposit of $100 due to secure your spot on Camp Registration Day in February 26, 2019.

Scholarships: Need help with camp tuition costs?  To download a scholarship application please select: 2019 Cloverleaf Camp Scholarship Application. OR stop in our office for a copy of the application.  The completed application is due in our office by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019.


2019 Junior 4-H Summer Camp - June 17-21, 2019

Age: (7-8th grades)-Students who have completed the seventh or eighth grade are given the opportunity to attend Junior Camp.

Cost:  $365*

*Includes the cost of Summer Waves water park, boat tour, Georgia Sea Turtle Center, Bicycles, and a souvenir t-shirt.

Transportation wil be provided to all activities during the week of Junior Camp and is included in the camp cost


2019 Senior 4-H Summer Camp - May 27-31, Rock Eagle 4-H Center

Age: 9th-12th grades

High school students may attend Senior Camp at Rock Eagle 4-H Center

Cost:  $365.00

Includes: field trip costs and other social and service activities and special Memorial Day picnic with FIREWORKS!

Transportation will be provided to all activities during the week of Senior Camp and is included in the camp cost.

 

2019 Senior Extreme 4-H Summer Camp -- (Frank Fitch Pioneer Camp -- Rock Eagle 4-H Center) - June 10-14, 2019

Age: 9th-12th grades

High School student may attend this more primitive camp at Rock Eagle.

Cost:  $360

Includes: transportation to all activities during the week of Senior EXTREME Camp and is included in the camp cost.

ATTENTION:  An optional white water rafting trip will be available at the beginning of the week (Sunday-Monday) for an additional $75.00


Marine Resources Camp

Burton 4-H Center, Tybee Island -  July 8-12, 2019

Age: completed 6th-8th grade

Activities:

  • Marsh trawl
  • Shark dissection
  • Beach Ecology walks
  • Sea Turtle program
  • Fishing
  • Marine Careers night
  • Fun time on the beach
  •  Night time recreation with optional marine life activities

Cost:  $335.00*

*Additional nominal fee for transport to and from camp to be announced when all arrangements are final.

Wilderness Challenge Camp, July 1-5, 2019

Age:  for students who have completed the sixth, seventh or eighth grades and must be 12-years-old on or before July 2, 2018).

Some of the activities we expect to be included in this year’s Wilderness Challenge Camp (tentative):

  • White water rafting on Tennessee’s Ocoee River
  • Zip line canopy tour
  • Classes at Wahsega especially developed for Wilderness Challenge Camp
  • Night recreation with dancing and outdoor sports
  • A slideshow of the week of camp

Cost:  $380.00*

*Additional nominal fee for transport to and from camp to be announced when all arrangements are final.
